Selman Was Amazing

I am so incredibly grateful for Ed, Selman, and Arab Gateway Funds! After having not lived in the US for several years, it came as a surprise to my husband and I that our perfect credit had completely vanished and our previously pre-approved standard mortgage could not be funded. With an accepted offer already in hand on our dream property, we scrambled to find a hard money lender who could buy us some time while we organized A-lender funding. ED was able to have our application approved within 24 hours and we were successfully able to remove subjects within 48 hours, and close on the property in less than 10 days. Throughout the whole process, both Ed and Selman were exceptionally easy to work with, open, HONEST, responsive, professional, timely, efficient, and just an overall DREAM to do business with. I would 100% use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful to work With

I have worked with Leftawi of Arab Gateway Funds for two extremely time sensitive and delicate bridge loans that required accuracy and timely follow-up. Both Selman and ED were wonderful to work with: they were very professional, prompt, informative, and patient. They also followed up at appropriate intervals of time, and were there when needed. In both cues, they answered all questions related to the process and worked with other parties with professionalism and aplomb. Each process went smoothly as well. I never had a problem reaching them when needed, and the success of the relationship was critically important and achieved. They were the least of my concerns, a true testament to my 5 star recommendation. Thank you Selman and ED for helping my family to achieve important goals.

Fantastic Service

Arab Gateway Funds is fantastic! We needed a bridge loan for a new property we were purchasing and they were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, professional– and a total pleasure to work with. I actually stumbled upon them doing an internet search and wondered if they were too good to be true. I began to feel more assured after speaking with Selman and am happy to report that they are the real deal– except maybe better! We would use them again in a heartbeat. I was in need of a loan

I was in need of a loan (2nd place) on my home to purchase some heavy equipment for my husband’s new business. I was researching various companies and reviews and ended up sending an inquiry to Arab Gateway Funds. Arab Gateway Funds exceeded my expectations. From the very first inquiry, Selman & ED responded in such a timely manner; answering all of my questions and concerns. He was honest and explained everything to me throughout the entire process. He also gave me a few options before determining if their loan was my best option. His father, also joined in to process some of the paperwork. I was able to move forward with the probate

I found myself in a very difficult financial position during probate. I did not want to use a hard money lender. I googled and found Arab Gateway Funds. I would recommend these folks to anyone needing a hard money loan in southern California. They are fast and easy to work. I just did my second loan with them. It was a 10 day close, Selman & ED processed all the paper work on the Friday before a 3 day weekend so we could close the following Tuesday.
